mmko8 User Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between players ("you" or "user") who access and use the mmko8 platform (mmko8.wine) and the platform ("mmko8"). By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to all of these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the platform. mmko8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with prior notice.

1.1 Age Restriction

mmko8's services are available to players aged 21 and above only. You must confirm that you meet this requirement before an account can be opened. If an underage person is found using the platform, mmko8 has the right to close that account immediately and forfeit any remaining balance.

1.2 Service Scope

mmko8 offers football betting, Live Casino, Dragon Tiger, Baccarat, Roulette, Shan Koe Mee, 2D / 3D lottery, Crash Games and slots. When using these services, you must follow these terms along with the specific policies for each game type.

2.1 One Account Only

Each user may register only one personal account at mmko8. Opening additional accounts using different IP addresses, payment methods or personal details will be treated as a Duplicate Account and will be subject to the strictest restrictions.

2.2 Responsibility to Provide Accurate Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete details including your name, date of birth, phone number and payment information. If false information is found, mmko8 has the right to close that account without prior notice.

2.3 Account Security

You must not share your account password with any third party. All gameplay, deposits and withdrawals made from your account are considered to be carried out by you personally, and you are fully responsible for them.

2.4 Account Validity

If an account has had no login activity for more than 6 consecutive months, or if a breach of these terms is found, mmko8 has the right to suspend or close that account. We will try to give advance notice before doing so to prevent significant loss of funds.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits at mmko8 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks, and funds will only be credited to your account once the deposit is confirmed successful.

If funds do not arrive after a deposit, contact Customer Support immediately and provide your bank account number or payment receipt as proof.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 1 hour as a standard. Additional verification may be required at the payment review stage, which can take longer.

• A Know Your Customer (KYC) check may be required on your account before you can withdraw.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
• There may be a requirement that your withdrawal method matches your deposit method.

3.3 Taxes and Fees

mmko8 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, any fees charged by payment service providers (KBZPay, Wave Money, etc.) are your own responsibility.

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

mmko8 offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you 50,000 Ks in your account. Wagering requirement: 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks.
• If you deposit 140,000 Ks or more, you will receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you 240,000 Ks in your account. Wagering requirement: 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement is bonus amount × 15 times. This means you must first complete the required wagering amount before withdrawing any winnings derived from the bonus.

Only once this is met can you withdraw winnings from the bonus. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be forfeited and only your original deposit amount can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Promotions

Coupons, cashback, VIP programs and other offers provided by mmko8 must be used in accordance with the announced terms, and each promotion may have its own specific conditions. Different bonus types cannot be combined at the same time (unless stated otherwise).

5.1 Fair Play

mmko8 supports fair play. Collusion, software manipulation, bonus abuse, and the use of automated bots are strictly prohibited. If any of these violations are found, winnings and principal funds may be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

5.2 Technical Failures

mmko8 reserves the right to review game results affected by server disconnections, data interception, or game software errors. In such cases, the player's original deposit amount may be refunded.

5.3 Football Betting

For football betting, mmko8 does not verify altered or unofficial match schedules. Only the results from the original provider or game system will be treated as the final and correct outcome.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on mmko8—

• Attempting to access or play as a player under 21 years of age
• Claiming or using bonuses with funds from a third party and then withdrawing to your own account
• Borrowing money and using mmko8 as a money laundering channel
• A player accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy
• Playing using software, bots, or automated scripts
• Colluding with other players and deliberately engaging in match-fixing or arbitrage abuse

If any of these violations are found, mmko8 may suspend the account without prior notice and forfeit any bonuses and winnings.

Personal information provided on mmko8 is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data transmitted on the platform is secured with SSL encryption, and user personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without permission.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, a copy of your NRC (National Registration Card) or proof of payment may be requested. This data will be used solely for verification purposes and stored on a secure server.

mmko8 services are provided "as is" and mmko8 takes no responsibility for game outcomes, player losses, or any financial damages.

Football match results and live casino winnings are inherently uncertain, so they may differ from a player's expectations.

mmko8 is also not responsible for issues caused by internet interruptions, local network problems, or failures by third-party service providers.

9.1 Amendments

mmko8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. If significant changes are made, a notice will be published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

9.2 Service Termination

Services may be suspended temporarily or permanently due to technical maintenance, legal changes, or circumstances beyond mmko8's control. In such cases, mmko8 will endeavor to return the real-money balance (excluding bonuses) in each player's account by an appropriate method.
